SKILLS ENDORSEMENT TASKS
AND GUIDES The Society of Professional Engineers
International NSW Australia Skills Endorsement program aims to verify and
endorse the experience gained by engineering tradesmen, technicians and
engineers for employment purpose including submission of their documents that
record their skills and experience gained Overseas or in Australia to apply
for certificates and licenses related to their occupations. There are several Government and
Professional Associations that assess , verify and
endorse the skills and experience of engineering professionals and
paraprofessionals. But the experience and skills gained by
professional, paraprofessional and tradesmen who did not follow the
structured graduate development programs or indentured apprenticeships or
traineeships will find the difficulties to get their skills and experience verification,endorsement and
guidance on gap training needed for getting appropriate certificate of
proficiency and occupational licensing. As an Incorporated Association with aims
and objectives of improving the cross border business, career development and employment
opportunities internationally and providing International Education Knowledge,Practice and Skills
Development courses covering Trades, Technical and Professional Engineering
by cooperating with both International and Australian Trades and Professional
Associations, we do the following tasks. ·
Reviewing the submitted candidate’s
experience documents including hard copies of E Profiling record
, verified, endorsed and stamped by our Industry Officer by consulting
with qualified trainer to enable the candidate to
submit their documents that record their work experience ·
Provide the advice on gap training and
facilitate the gap training including practical tasks especially in
electrotechnology. ·
Provide career development courses at
Trades, Paraprofessional and Professional Level especially in electrical
profession. ·
Collaborate with authorized training
institutions to award Professional Diplomas and by cooperating with
affiliated universities to award the degrees. |
